PolyDrive-CRV-236
Our two rolls drive PolyDrive-CRV-236 can be mounted with an inclination angle of the torch adapter from 0° to 15° downwards. It has a base plate casted in black fibre-glass reinforced Polyamide. The motor is attached vertically with attached gearbox.
The Aluminium torch adapter and the front protection are separate from the unit, available in different length.
Drive roll diameter is 30mm or 36mm, the pressure roll diameter is 24mm.

Our straight four rolls drive PolyDrive-TRV-436 is minimized in size and weight and is ideally used in transportable wire feeders or for robot applications.
It can be mounted with an inclination angle of the torch adapter from 0° to 15° downwards. It has a base plate casted in black fibre-glass reinforced Polyamide. The motor is attached vertically with gearbox.

Our PolyDrive-AFH-436 is ideally suited for manual welding machines, allowing a natural connection angle of the torch cable.
The inclination angle of the torch adapter is directed in the range of -20° to -30° downwards. It has a base plate in black fibre-glass reinforced Polyamide. The motor is attached vertically with gearbox.
The Aluminium torch adapter and the front protection are separated from the unit, available in different length.
Drive rolls are available with a diameter of 30mm or 36mm. They are separated from the gear, recommended for high operating hours per year.
Drive rolls are equipped with Bronze bushings or optionally with ball bearings.

Coaxial welding cable WDCC-CA
Modern welding machines require an
increasing number of signal wires for communication
between the power source and the wire feeder. Our innovative and very robust combined coaxial welding cable provides enough signal connections for advanced needs. Separate connectors for the signal cable are no longer needed, saving space as well as material and assembly costs. The coaxial welding cable is available for water-cooled or air-cooled applications.
The patented design of the cable system is very suitable for harsh environmental conditions, for example on construction sites and in shipyards. Our cable has been in use in shipyards for several years.
